Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses (USA, Europe, Asia) by ePacket, EMS and USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our global warehouses in different countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.
For international customers, it will take approximately 10 – 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.
For customers in the US, we work with partners there to ensure faster delivery and they will arrive in 5 – 30 business days from the date of shipping confirmation.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 — 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees. We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on certain orders to lower the tax burden for our customers.
For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.
For EU Customers: some orders of value greater than €22 may be subject to VAT upon reception depending on the source country.
For other International Customers: Please refer to your own country’s policies in regards to importing tax and duty.
